Dear participant,


   There will be book launch sessions during the Congress. Authors can sell their books directly on these occasions or through a publisher. Thus, participants who are interested in promoting their books can choose between two forms of participation.


   The first form of participation available is through  EDUFBA, the university publisher of the Federal University of Bahia, which will have a sales stand during the three days of the event and can organize and sell books from other publishers. To do so, EDUFBA charges a 40% fee to cover its operating costs. In case any copies are left, EDUFBA will return them after the end of the Congress.


   The second option is an autonomous launch, so authors and/or publishers can sell their books directly during the book launch sessions. Therefore, authors should be responsible for the transportation of the copies to the place of the launch, for their sale and for their collection after the autograph session.

   Under any of the options, the organizing committee will be responsible for organizing the book launch space. We will not be responsible for any damages (loss, theft, etc.).

   The sessions will happen in two moments: on March 19th between 5:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and on March 20th between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. (time schedule yet to be confirmed).


   In order to register a work for the Book Launch, the authors need to be registered in the Congress.

   The deadline for expressions of interest is Monday, March 11th.
